Order pricing

A guide detailing what the different prices displayed on the Order Details page mean

On the Order Details page, all relevant pricing information is displayed.

Let’s review what the different pricing information means.

Each order item displays the Variant Cost and Total Variant Cost.

The Variant Cost displays the cost for a single variant of the order item.

The Total Variant Cost displays the Variant Cost multiplied by the Quantity.

On the right side of the Order Details page, the Order Summary is displayed.

Under the Order Summary is the Subtotal, Shipping Total, Taxes, & Price Adjustments.

The Subtotal is the total cost of all order items.

The Shipping Total is the combined shipping cost of all order items.

The Taxes section displays all order item taxes.

The Price Adjustments section includes any discounts or fees applied to the order.

Discounts are set by the supplier at the order or account level.

Order Discount Example – The supplier has set a 10% discount for all orders.

Account Discount Example – The supplier has set a 5% discount for your dropship orders.

Fees are set by the supplier at the order level.

For example, a supplier may set a $2 handling fee for all orders.

The total order cost is displayed at the bottom of the Order Summary.

To view taxes, price adjustments, and shipping costs for a specific product, select See Details on any order item.
