Usage:

Water Level: Fill until all slits are covered by 1/4" of water. Fill from the top until it overflows into the bottom chamber automatically. Alternatively, you can fill the top chamber by 80% and then blow into it to push the water down. Refill top chamber to a preferred level. Adjust the water level according to personal preference.
