Explaining the different order statuses displayed in the app
Pending – Your order has been imported and is waiting to be charged for payment. If Auto Billing is ON, you will be automatically charged for all orders in Pending status during the next billing cycle (12AM & 12PM EST). If Auto Billing is OFF, you will need to manually pay for the order in the app.
Ordered – The order has been successfully paid for. It has been sent to the supplier for fulfillment. Contact customer support if there are any issues with the order at this point.
Shipped – The order has been shipped. A tracking number will be added to the Order Details page in the app, and it will be added to the order on the ecommerce platform you have connected.
Cancelled – The order has been cancelled and can no longer be processed. Contact customer support if you have any questions.
Issue – The order contains a product from the app, but there is an issue with the order preventing fulfillment. The order cannot be processed. Go to the Order Details page to see the specific issue. Contact customer support if you have any questions.
Ignored – The order does not contain any products from the app. It will not be processed.
