How to connect a WooCommerce store to Smoke Drop

Instructions for connecting a WooCommerce store to a Smoke Drop account

  1. In your WooCommerce account, generate a new API key
    1. Please note that the API Key must be generated by a user with Admin permissions
    2. How to generate a new API Key – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-rest-api/#section-2
    3. Smoke Drop requires read/write permissions for the API key
    4. We recommend updating to the latest version of WooCommerce prior to generating your API key
  2. Log in to your Smoke Drop account
  3. From the homepage, go to Account
  4. Select General from the sidebar
  5. Select WooCommerce
  6. Enter your store name
  7. Enter your API key and API secret from WooCommerce
  8. Enter your store domain
    1. In most cases, you will need to include ‘https://www.’ and a forward slash at the end of your domain
    2. Example – https://www.examplestore.com/
  9. Select Save
  10. You’ve successfully connected your WooCommerce store to the app
